I grew up a town over, in Abbotsford. Since my first visit to the dentist, I’ve considered a career in dentistry. Watching my childhood dentist provide a high level of care left an immense impression on me. After I obtained my Bachelor of Science at the University of British Columbia, I completed my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree at the University of Sydney. This opportunity further shaped my work ethic and passion for dentistry – I worked at various public hospitals and clinics, working on a diverse set of patients with a vast array of needs. Since coming back home I have worked as an associate at several different clinics all over the Lower Mainland. I have been ready to open my own practice for a while now and I am truly excited that Altus Dental will be opening soon. I hope that through my practice I can inspire all generations to be passionate about their oral health – as my childhood dentist did for me.

Outside of work, I spend most of my time with my family. I am happily married and we have a young son. We are enjoying parenthood together and the many lessons that come with it. Having played many sports in my youth, I continue to stay active outside of work – I am a black belt in Tae Kwon Do and an enthusiastic golfer (who needs more practice).
